Law firm websites that bring in more cases
A Synetix SmartSite is a custom site for your firm that tests versions of itself and keeps the one that brings in more consultation requests. Every request lands in a CRM and on your phone.
Each practice area takes in clients differently
Personal injury
People reach out soon after an accident, often from a phone and often after hours. The page has to make the next step obvious and the form short.
Family law
People read for a long time before they ask. Privacy matters to them, so the page says who sees the form and what happens after it is sent.
Criminal defense
The request is urgent, and it is often made by a family member, not the client. The site has to work for the person calling about someone else.
Estate planning
The decision is slow and planned. A booking for a set meeting time fits better than a callback request.
Immigration
Many visitors read in a language other than English, and they want to know which documents to bring before they book.
Business law
Buyers compare a few firms and come with a specific matter. They look for the kind of work you do, stated plainly.
The consultation request is the number that matters
Traffic and time on page do not pay the firm. A consultation request does, so that is the one action a SmartSite counts as a win. You pick it, and every test is scored on it.
Each request goes into the CRM with the page and the search that brought it in. You mark it as a real matter or not, in the CRM or in the mobile app. That mark is what separates a page that brings in calls from one that brings in cases.
The mobile app tells you about each new request as it arrives. People who need a lawyer often contact more than one firm, so a fast reply is part of how the site wins work.

What a SmartSite tests on a law firm site
Tests run on your own visitors and are scored on consultation requests. A version wins only when the result is clear. We do not call a winner early to fill a report.
- The headline for each practice area
- Lead with the problem the visitor has, or with how your firm works. Which one brings in more requests differs by practice area, so each page gets its own test.
- The intake form
- Fewer fields, or a few questions that screen the matter first. A short form brings in more requests, and a screening form brings in better ones. The test shows which trade is right for your firm.
- Form, booking or call
- Some visitors want to book a set time, others want a call back. The site tests which option to lead with on each page.
- Where the attorney shows up
- An attorney photo and biography near the form, or on a separate page. Some practice areas sell on the person, others on the process.
- A winner for each kind of visitor
- On the Growth and Scale bands, a phone visitor at night and a desktop visitor at work can each see the version that wins for them.
Every variant is checked against bar advertising rules
Most states base their lawyer advertising rules on ABA Model Rules 7.1 to 7.3, and each state adds its own. A SmartSite writes new versions of your pages, so each one goes through a filter before it goes live. A version that fails is held for a person to review.
- No “best”, “top” or other claims that cannot be shown to be true.
- No “expert” or “specialist” unless the lawyer holds a certification that the state recognizes.
- No promise or forecast of a result, and no past result shown without the disclaimer your state requires.
- The state’s required disclaimers stay on every version, such as “Attorney Advertising” where it applies.
This describes what the filter checks. It is not legal advice, and your state’s rules decide what your firm may publish.
Three bands, set by how much testing runs at once
For firms with 1,000 or more visitors a month. Design is included. Minimum term 12 months. How fast a test finishes depends on your traffic, not on the band.

Questions
- Why is my law firm website not getting consultation requests?
- Usually the site was built once and never tested. The headline speaks to the firm and not to the visitor, the form asks too much, or the page looks the same at 10 p.m. on a phone as on a desktop at work. A SmartSite tests these things on your own visitors and keeps what brings in more requests.
- How much does a law firm SmartSite cost?
- Synetix SmartSite comes in three bands: Core $699, Growth $1,199, Scale $1,999 a month. Design is included, and the minimum term is 12 months.
- Does my firm qualify?
- Synetix SmartSite needs 1,000 or more visitors a month. Below that, a test takes too long to call, and your firm would pay for testing that cannot finish. The qualification check asks about your traffic first.
- Can a SmartSite publish something that breaks bar rules?
- Every new version goes through a filter for the claims bar rules restrict: superlatives, “expert” and “specialist”, outcome promises and missing disclaimers. A version that fails is held for a person to review. The filter is a check, not legal advice, and your state’s rules decide.
- Where do consultation requests go?
- Into the SmartSite CRM, with the page and the search that brought each one in, and to the mobile app as a notification. You can use the CRM alone or connect it to the intake and case tools you already use.
