CRM integration
Salesforce, wired into the way you actually work
The enterprise standard. Almost nothing about it is fixed, which is both the reason large organisations run on it and the reason small ones drown in it. Configured well it will model a process no other CRM in this list can express.
What we build with Salesforce
- 01Objects, fields and record types that match your actual process rather than the defaults
- 02Flows for assignment, approval and escalation, replacing the manual chasing
- 03Reports and dashboards per role, so a tech and an owner see different, useful things
- 04Integrations to accounting and field tools through the API rather than manual export
- 05Data cleanup and deduplication before anything is built on top of it
Whether Salesforce is the right answer for you
A good fit when
A business with a genuinely complex process — multiple teams, approval steps, territories — or one that already runs Salesforce and needs it to actually work.
Look elsewhere when
A small team that wants a CRM by Friday. The configurability that makes it powerful is the same thing that makes it slow and expensive to stand up, and most small service businesses are better served elsewhere. We will tell you if that is you.
We only recommend software when it clearly pays for itself. If your situation is in the right-hand column, we will say so on the first call rather than after the invoice.
Salesforce questions
- Is Salesforce overkill for a small business?
- Usually, yes — and we would rather say so than sell the bigger build. It earns its place when the process is genuinely complicated or when you are already on it. If your pipeline is five stages and three people, Go High Level, HubSpot or Zoho will do the job for less money and less setup.
- We already have Salesforce and nobody uses it. Can that be fixed?
- Usually. Abandoned Salesforce almost always comes down to the same causes: fields nobody fills in, stages that do not match reality, and reports that answer nothing. That is a configuration problem, and it is cheaper to fix than to migrate away from.
